Lot Rent is the monthly fee to rent the land that your home is placed on.

Our application process is straightforward and transparent. After finding a community you’d like to live in, you can apply for that community by visiting that community’s page and clicking a “Apply Now” button. You can see a list of all the communities here.

Is lot rent included with the home purchase?

When you purchase a home in one of our communities, you pay a separate monthly lot rent.
